I'm a full-stack and AI engineer based in Kigali, Rwanda, and the founder of Ishvexa Hub, a software and AI company. Under it I build DevLite, an AI-powered observability and error-monitoring platform, and I lead AI Rwanda, a community initiative working to strengthen the country's AI ecosystem alongside institutions like the Rwanda AI Agency and CMU Africa.
I like solving problems people actually feel: helping teams catch production errors before customers do, helping people skip physical queues, and helping farmers get better information and better prices. Alongside building, I teach full-stack development at Mastery Hub Rwanda — I like passing on what I've learned as much as I like shipping.

A structured initiative to grow Rwanda's AI ecosystem — a "Verified by AI Rwanda" badge system, a public State of AI in Rwanda directory, and direct outreach to institutional partners across the country.
An app that removes physical waiting lines. People join a queue remotely from their phone and get notified when it's their turn — built for banks, clinics, government offices and anywhere else with a line.
An AI advisor for farmers. Machine learning gives crop and farming guidance, and a built-in marketplace connects farmers directly to buyers for better market access and better prices.
